New Tax Treaty between Denmark and France has Entered into Force

The new income tax treaty between Denmark and France entered into force on 29 December 2023. The new treaty was signed on 4 February 2022. The prior treaty between the two countries was signed in 1957 and was terminated with effect from 1 January 2009.
