New Tax Treaty between Estonia and the UK to be Signed

During their meeting on 19 March 2026, the Estonian government authorized the signing of a new income and capital tax treaty with the United Kingdom (meeting agenda). The treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1994 tax treaty between the two countries.
