New Tax Treaty between Montenegro and Spain Signed

According to a release from the Montenegro Ministry of Finance, officials from Montenegro and Spain signed a new income tax treaty on 5 June 2026. Negotiations for an earlier treaty were concluded in 2014, but it was never signed. The new treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
