Nicaragua Introduces New Tax Incentives for Tourism Development Projects

Nicaragua published Law No. 1210, the General Law on Tourism, and Law No. 1211, the Law on Incentives for Tourism Developments in the Official Gazette on 2 August 2024. Law No. 1210 provides overall rules governing the tourism sector, replacing past laws in this area. Law No. 1211 provides new incentives for investments in tourism development projects.
