Nigeria Presumptive Tax Regulations

Nigeria's Joint Revenue Board has published a copy of the Presumptive Tax Regulations, 2026, which were originally published in the Official Gazette on 13 May 2026 and considered effective from 1 January 2026. As previously reported, the presumptive tax is levied at a rate of 1% on informal sector businesses. In particular, it is levied on:
