Notification now required for Invoices with attachments in KSeF 2.0

Starting January 1, 2026, taxpayers must submit a notification through the e-Tax Office notifying their intention to issue and send invoices with attachments before they can begin issuing this type of invoice in the national e-invoice system (KSeF). A notification must also be submitted for the intention to cease issuing and sending invoices with attachments.
