OECD Announces Adoption of Multilateral Convention for Implementation of Pillar 2 Subject to Tax Rule

The OECD has announced the adoption of the Multilateral Convention to Facilitate the Implementation of the Pillar Two Subject to Tax Rule (STTR MLI), which has been designed to help developing countries protect their tax base and allows for the implementation of the STTR in existing bilateral tax treaties without the need for bilateral negotiations.
