OECD Consults on Targeted Amendments to Model Reporting Rules for Digital Platforms

The OECD has launched a public consultation on proposed targeted amendments to the Model Rules for Reporting by Platform Operators with respect to Sellers in the Sharing and Gig Economy (MRDP). The MRDP were approved by the OECD in 2020 and were complemented in 2021 by an Optional Module extending the scope to the sale of goods and the rental of means of transportation.
