Panama Cabinet Approves BEPS MLI

On 14 August 2018, Panama's Cabinet approved for ratification the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), which Panama signed on 24 January 2018.
