Panama Revises Conditions for Large Taxpayer Status

Panama's Directorate General of Revenue (DGI) has issued Resolution 201-3346 of 13 April 2023, which was published in Official Gazette No. 29764 on 19 April 2023 and is effective from that date. The resolution revises the conditions for a taxpayer to be considered a large taxpayer. Previously, the following natural or legal person could be considered a large taxpayer:
