Peru Extends Accelerated Depreciation for Companies Generating Electricity from Renewable Sources

Peru has published Law No. 32217, which extends the accelerated depreciation benefit introduced by Legislative Decree 1058 of 2008 for companies generating electricity from renewable energy resources.
