Peru Publishes Decree on CbC Report, Master File, and Local File Requirements

On 17 November 2017, Peru published Supreme Decree No. 333-2017-EF, which provides regulations for the implementation of the Action 13 transfer pricing documentation requirements that entered into force on 1 January 2017 ({News-2017-01-11/A/4-previous coverage}).
