Peru Publishes Fourth Version of Catalog of High Tax Risk Schemes for GAAR Purposes

The Peru tax authority (SUNAT) has announced the release of the fourth version of its catalog of high tax risk schemes for the purpose of the general anti-abuse rules (GAAR).
