Peru Publishes Third Version of Catalog of High Tax Risk Schemes for GAAR Purposes

The Peru tax authority (SUNAT) has updated its guidance on the general anti-abuse rules (GAAR) with the publication of the third version of the catalog of high tax risk schemes.
