The Philippines Department of Finance issued a release on 12 September 2024 noting that Finance Secretary Ralph G. Recto has welcomed the passage of Senate Resolution No. 139 for the ratification of the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol.
