Poland's Ministry of Finance has announced the launch of the final consultation on the mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur - KSeF). As previously reported, the KSeF was to be mandatory from 1 July 2024, but this was postponed to 1 February 2026, with certain obligations related to the KSeF postponed until the end of July 2026.
