Poland Notes Changes in e-Commerce from 1 July 2026

Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued a notice on changes in e-commerce from 1 July 2026. This includes that online purchases from outside the EU will no longer benefit from the duty exemption for shipments up to EUR150. Instead, there will be a flat duty of EUR 3 for each item of goods in the customs declaration.
