Poland "SLIM" VAT Changes Approved and In Force

Poland's simple, local, and modern ("SLIM") VAT Act was signed into law on 23 December 2020 and its measures generally entered into force on 1 January 2021. Some of the main changes with SLIM VAT include the following:
