Poland's Mandatory E-Invoicing System Signed into Law

Poland's Ministry of Finance has announced that the Act of 16 June 2023 on amendments to the VAT Act and certain other acts has been signed into law, which includes amendments regarding the mandatory electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) requirements using the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur - KSeF).
