Programme for the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union

Portugal has published its Programme for the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which runs from 1 January to 30 June 2021. Among other things, the programme includes support for public CbC reporting, noting that the Presidency will seek to create the conditions for reaching a political agreement on the revision of the rules on disclosure of information concerning tax on revenues for certain companies and branches.
