Protocol to Pending Tax Treaty between Albania and Luxembourg Signed

On 21 October 2020, officials from Albania and Luxembourg signed an amending protocol to the 2009 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries, which is currently pending entry into force. The protocol amends the treaty to bring it in line with minimum BEPS standards and the standards for information exchange.
