Protocol to SSA between India and Netherlands to Enter into Force

The amending protocol to the social security agreement between India and the Netherlands will enter into force on 1 March 2018. The protocol, signed 27 June 2017, adds Article 5A (Appliance of the Country of Residence Principle) and amends Article 3 of the agreement's administrative arrangement concerning certificates of coverage.
