OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Jamaica and Norway enters into force

On 12 September 2013, the amending protocol, signed on 4 December 2012, to the Jamaica - Norway Income Tax Treaty (1991), entered into force. The protocol generally applies from the following dates:
| - | 12 September 2013: for the exchange of information; |
| - | 1 November 2013: for withholding taxes; |
| - | 1 January 2014: for income taxes. |
