OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Netherlands and Norway enters into force

On 30 November 2013, the amending protocol, signed 23 April 2013, to the Netherlands - Norway Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1990), will enter into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2014.
