Puerto Rico's Department of Treasury published Internal Revenue Circular Letter No. 26-13 on 30 June 2026, which concerns the integration of the Municipal Sales and Use Tax (Municipal SUT) into Unified Internal Revenue System (SURI), along with State SUT.
