Qatar Cabinet Approves Draft Tax Treaty with Iraq

According to a recent release from the Qatar Cabinet, a draft income tax treaty with Iraq was approved during a Cabinet meeting in January 2026. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
