On 23 September 2014, Belarus published a letter from the Ministry of Taxes and Duties concerning fees paid by resident companies for repository services provided in Belarus by non-resident companies. According to the letter, fees paid for the following repository services are not subject to withholding tax:
- Registration of master agreements,
- Registration of derivatives agreements,
- Altering and amending data of registered agreements, and
- Providing extracts of registered agreements
