Romania Clarifies Public CbC Reporting Requirements

Romania recently published Order no. 1.730 of 7 June 2023 in the Official Gazette, which contains amendments that clarify the public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting requirements implemented by Order no. 2.048 of 1 September 2022.
