Romania Implements Public CbC Reporting Requirements

Romania has published Order no. 2.048 of 1 September 2022 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the implementation of the public Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting requirements introduced by Directive (EU) 2021/2101 (previous coverage).
