Russia Clarifies Treatment of Debts Forgiven by Non-Resident Lender

The Russian Ministry of Finance has published Letter No. 03-03-06/1/58668 of 12 September 2017, which clarifies the treatment of a debt under a loan agreement that has been forgiven by a non-resident lender.
