Russia Updates List of Jurisdictions that Exchange Financial Information

Russia’s Federal Tax Service (FTS) has issued an updated list of jurisdictions with which Russia conducts automatic exchange of financial account information (CRS / AEOI). The updated list was approved by FTS Order No. ED-7-17/883 dated 14 October 2025, registered by the Ministry of Justice on 10 December 2025, officially published on 11 December 2025, and effective from 22 December 2025.
