Russian Parliament Considering Amendments to the Taxation of Participants in Special Investment Contracts

Russia's State Duma (lower hour of parliament) is considering a draft bill submitted 16 April 2019 that would amend rules for the taxation of participants in special investment contracts (SPICs).
