Rwanda Parliament Approves New Law Relating to Investment Promotion and Facilitation

Rwanda's Ministry of Finance has announced (via Twitter) that the new Law Relating to Investment Promotion and Facilitation was approved by parliament on 20 January 2021. The new law will repeal and replace the prior 2015 law of the same name and is meant to enhance Rwanda's competitiveness, and attract cross-border investment, new business, and financial institutions.
