Brazil has published Decree No. 11.857 of 26 December 2023 in the Official Gazette, which provides that the social security agreement between Brazil and Mozambique entered into force on 1 November 2023. The agreement, signed 11 May 2017, is the first of its kind between the two countries and generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
