Saint Lucia 2026/2027 Budget Includes Extended Tax Amnesty, Reduced Penalties on Overdue Taxes, and Other Measures

The Saint Lucia Government has issued a release on the 2026/27 Budget, which was presented by the Prime Minister on 21 April 2026. The main tax measures include an extension of the tax amnesty program for taxes due up to December 2025, as well as a reduction in penalties on overdue taxes from 12.5% to 6% going forward.
