Saudi Arabia Announces Fines for Failing to Meet E-Invoicing Obligations

The Saudi Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has issued a release on the fines for failing to comply with the country's new E-Invoicing (FATOORAH) obligations. This includes:

• Fines of between SAR 5,000 and SAR 50,000 for not issuing or storing e-invoices;
