Saudi Council of Ministers Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Bahrain

According to a release from the Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Council of Ministers approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Bahrain on 21 April 2026. The treaty, signed 3 December 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
