Seychelles Provides Tax Amnesty Program

The Seychelles Revenue Commission has announced a tax amnesty program that runs from July to December 2021. The program is being provided as part of efforts to increase revenue collection, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the program, the payment in full of outstanding taxes and the filing of outstanding returns by the following dates will result in a waiver of interest and penalties:

• By 31st August 2021 - 75% waiver of interest / 100% waiver of penalties
