Singapore Publishes Guidance on New Tax Return Form for Low-Revenue Companies

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore has published guidance on a new form for annual income tax returns, Form C-S (Lite), which is a simplified income tax return for companies with an annual revenue of SGD 200,000 or below. The form is introduced from year of assessment (YA) 2020 to enhance the e-filing experience of small companies and requires only six essential fields to be completed.
