The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has published two updated e-Tax guides on the GST Assistance Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP). ACAP is a compliance initiative introduced for businesses to voluntarily undertake a holistic risk-based review on the robustness and effectiveness of their internal controls to manage their GST risk and enhance their GST compliance capability.
