Singapore Updates e-Tax Guide on the General Anti-Avoidance Provision and its Application

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore has published an updated e-Tax Guide, Income Tax: The General Anti-Avoidance Provision and its Application (Second Edition). The guide has three main objectives:
