Slovenia Providing Deferral for DAC6 Reporting

Slovenia's Financial Administration has announced the deferral of reporting on cross-border arrangements (DAC6) due to COVID-19 as provided by Council Directive (EU) 2020/876. This includes:

• the deadline for reporting on existing cross-border arrangements (25 June 2018 to 30 June 2020) will be extended from 31 August 2020 to 28 February 2021;
