The social security agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro entered into force on 1 December 2025. The agreement, signed 19 March 2025, replaces the 2002 social security agreement Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro. The new agreement generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
