Spanish Council of Ministers Approves Signing of New Tax Treaty with Montenegro

During its meeting on 10 March 2026, the Spanish Council of Ministers approved the signing of a new income tax treaty with Montenegro. Negotiations for an earlier treaty were concluded in 2014, but it was never signed. The new treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
