Spanish Council of Ministers Approves Signing of New Tax Treaty with the Netherlands

During its meeting on 10 March 2026, the Spanish Council of Ministers approved the signing of a new income tax treaty with the Netherlands. The treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1971 tax treaty between the two countries.
