Swedish Proposal for Simpler Reporting of Withholding Tax on Dividends

The Swedish Ministry of Finance has announced the referral of a proposal to the Legislative Council on 4 June 2026 for simpler reporting of withholding tax (coupon tax) on dividends paid to foreign shareholders.
