Swiss Parliament Approves Constitutional Amendment Allowing Global Minimum Tax Ordinance

The Swiss Parliament has announced its approval on 16 December 2022 of the Federal Decree providing for a constitutional amendment to allow for the implementation of the 15% global minimum tax in accordance with Pillar 2 of the OECD's two-pillar solution. The decree will be subject to a public referendum that is to be held on 18 June 2023.
