Switzerland Publishes Draft Corporate Tax Reform Legislation for Consultation

On 22 September 2014, the Swiss government published draft legislation for Corporate Tax Reform III for consultation. The reform is seen as necessary to align Switzerland with international standards in order  to maintain and improve Switzerland's competitiveness as an attractive destination for companies to establish operations.
