Switzerland's Corporate Tax Reform TP17 Moving Forward with Versions Approved by both Houses of Parliament

Switzerland's latest attempt at tax reform, known as tax proposal 17 (TP17), is moving forward, with a draft of the legislation approved by the National Council (lower house of parliament) on 12 September 2018. This draft includes amendments to a draft already approved by the Council of States (upper house), and now goes back to the Council of States for review and approval.
