Syria Publishes Draft Income Tax Reform for Consultation

Syria's Ministry of Finance has released a new draft Income Tax Bill on 15 July 2025, opening a 15-day public consultation that ends on 30 July 2025. The new income tax system is slated to take effect from 1 January 2026, repealing the current income-tax legislation.
